Feldenkrais® Class

Gentle, easy movement sequences designed to ease stress, and improve mobility and flexibility. These are one hour classes appropriate for all ages and physical capabilities. No previous experience required.

Combo Class

An integrative approach to skeletal and muscular movement. This class includes floor exercises that focus on alignment, and core muscular strength.

Stretch and Strength

A fun, energetic class including exercise balls, dyna-bands, and music.

Private Feldenkrais® & Anat Baniel℠ Lessons

A gentle hands-on approach to pain-free movement. Your private lesson will provide a comprehensive approach specific to you. Developing a learning brain, freedom of movement, and pain relief will be the focus of your lesson. The Feldenkrais® and Baniel Methods℠ are successful in dealing with conditions such as arthritis, cerebral palsy, stroke, car accidents, and repetitive strain injury to name a few.
